Job Description

  1. Coordinating with HO team, vendor and field force for seeking travelling and other relevant documents on time.
  2. Evaluation of travel bills and coordinating with BU head and finance to process the same.
  3. Coordination with HO team (PMT, FMT, RM & BU Head) and RMs for promotional material requirement.
  4. Coordinating with promotional material supplier for PO and also timely delivery
  5. Manage daily / Weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appoinments
  6. support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and preparation of presentations for various review meetings
  7. Report generation using Ms Excel and SAP
