Job Description

o To ensure you achieve Sales and Collection Targets.

o Review market information, competitor information provided by the sales team members and gather and analyze and communicate these to the CBM.

o Provide strategic inputs on the future growth potential and the value proposition of the product and suggest appropriate action plan to meet the future challenges.

o Design and implement action plan to boost product sale performance across the regions.

o Actively execute promotional activities as per the regional business plan.

o Coach, guide and enable the sales team members to achieve Sales and Collection targets.

o Provide support and ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented at all levels.

o Ensure product related training is given at all levels in the regions

o You will ensure timely delivery of monthly reports in the prescribed format.

o To keep outstanding under control.

o You will control & monitor FA and promotional expenses.

o You should acquire computer proficiency and continuously upgrade the knowledge, skills.

o Any other job assigned from time to time.
